A comprehensive list giving guidance on how to deal with various HR issues, from recruitment and absence management to redundancy handling and termination of employment. As Employment Law and practices change up-dates will be sent to you either as hard copy documents or electronically. Employee Handbooks can also be produced or up-dated.
Providing Newsletters when appropriate, informing clients of proposed changes in legislation, their potential impact on organisations and recommendations on how to deal with them in a practical way. These can be sent to you as hard copy documents or via E-mail.
Ad-Hoc Project Work
Can be undertaken at an agreed fixed hourly or daily rate dependant on the nature and duration of the project.
Visits to your Company’s Premises
Regular visits to Client Company’s to advise on HR matters on an on-going basis e.g. half day or 1 day/month, quarterly or 6 monthly visits or more frequently dependant on requirements.
